ATM Direct Overview

Accullink, LLC of Atlanta, Georgia purchased ATM Direct in March 2008. The acquisition included 10 patent families which cover technology that enables PIN debit payments on the Internet with a software-only solution.

ATM Direct has established operations in a Tier 1 data center in Atlanta and launched an Internet PIN debit payments platform. ATM Direct is working with merchant acquirers to deploy the solution and the  EFT networks for directly processing merchant transactions.
